The McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston is hosting their annual Geriatric Trauma Symposium. This event will be held at the Cooley University Life Center at UTHealth Houston. This symposium works to raise awareness of the dangers of Geriatric Trauma, and collaborate with our network of medical professionals to improve care and preventative measures for the elderly. The Symposium Planning Committee also invites students, fellows, faculty, and researchers to submit scientific abstracts for consideration for poster presentation. Abstracts may be submitted to kim.vu@memorialhermann.org and are due no later than 5:00pm on September 3, 2024. “
